Dip Station Types — Pick the Right Format First
Standalone dip bars (Ultimate Body Press, Body-Solid GDIP59) — compact, portable, pure dip movement. Most space-efficient. Power towers (Stamina Fortress, Marcy TC-3515, Sportsroyals, KiNGKANG, SERTT) — dips plus pull-ups, VKR, and push-ups from one station. Rack-mounted dip attachment (REP PR-1100) — the most stable option if you already have a power rack. Adds dips to an existing system. If you only want dips: get the Ultimate Body Press or Body-Solid GDIP59. If you want pull-ups and dips: get the Sportsroyals or KiNGKANG power tower.
